Sweet Sounds and Just Desserts

    5:30 to 8:00 PM in the LJI Cafeteria

This is our primary fundraiser for the entire year.  This festive evening consists of a feast of mouth-watering desserts of all kinds, entertainment from our talented children, and a chance to bid on a wide array of great items in the Silent Auction to raise money for our choir program.  This is where you, as a choir family are needed!

• Do you have a home business that you could make a contribution of product or service from - Pampered Chef, Avon, Creative Memories, Longagerger Baskets, Mary Kay, Jewelry, Southern Living and the like?
• Do you have a craft that you could share the results as a donation - handmade jewelry, floral arrangements, yard art, quilts, crochet or cross-stitch work and the like?
• Do you own a business or know someone who does that would be willing to donate a product or service in exchange for recognition and a tax deduction?
• Do you have a beach house, theater tickets, sporting event tickets, etc. that you would be willing to donate?
• Do you have a skill that you would be willing to donate your time to teach someone else - like cooking, scrapbooking, fishing, etc.?
• Do you have some nice items tucked away that you would love to donate to a worthy cause - crystal gift ware, unopened games and puzzles, cookbooks, music CDs or videos, picture frames, candles - it may not be new, but looks new?
• Last but not least, even though desserts are being served that night, people can't resist a plate of thick brownies, an impressive Italian Cream Cake, or a pretty fruit tort.  If you can bake something from scratch, we can auction it off to raise money for this great cause.
